We have been awarded the renovation works of rooms 10107 and 10108 in the basement, intended for technical rooms and warehouses, and the repair of sanitation in the patios and other complementary actions on the ground floor of the Palacio del Senado building.
The Senate Palace is located in Madrid in the Plaza de la Marina Española. It is a 16th century building, the former Colegio de la Encarnación, of Augustinian religious shoes also called the Colegio de Doña María de Aragón (part of the Royal Monastery of the Encarnación complex). The school was one of the most outstanding institutions of the Madrid Court, and its church contained several masterpieces by El Greco, today in the Prado Museum.
