Integrated Management System Policy

INSTALACIONES MADRILEÑAS SECIS SL, a company dedicated to the execution of construction and fitting-out work for homes and offices, has as a strategic objective to achieve the greatest satisfaction of interested parties, in particular clients, minimizing possible environmental impacts and risks for the health and safety of workers.

The Directorate of SECIS considers that to achieve this strategic objective it is necessary to implement a management system that integrates the aspects of quality, environmental management and the management of health and safety at work that it has in management by processes and continuous improvement. the basic elements to achieve the objectives.

The Directorate of SECIS approves this Integrated Management System Policy, which is consistent with the nature, magnitude and risks of its activities, products and services. With this Integrated Management System Policy, the Management and the workers acquire the following commitments:

1. Commitments related to quality management
   • Guide the management and development of SECIS activity to the satisfaction of the interested parties, establishing the processes and procedures necessary to achieve the company’s objectives.
   • Identify the interested parties of our clients and identify the requirements that satisfy their needs and expectations, bearing in mind the strategy and objectives defined by the Management.
   • Define quality objectives that promote continuous improvement of the management system.
   • Provide the human, material and financial resources necessary for the successful completion of the management system and achieve the quality objectives defined by the Management.
   • Involve the Management, managers and workers in the orientation to interested parties, and in the application and active participation of the requirements established in this Integrated Management Policy.
   • Develop, apply and maintain a quality management model based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard that, among other aspects, is aimed at continuous improvement.
2. Commitments related to environmental management
   • Comply with and enforce and, when possible, exceed the requirements of legislation and other referents in environmental matters.
   • Identify the environmental aspects inherent to its activity in order to respect and protect the environment.
   • Integrate environmental aspects in management processes, in relations with interested parties, especially with subcontractors, and in the analysis of the context and of risks and opportunities.
   • Promote the prevention of pollution, the sustainable use of resources, waste management, adaptation to climate change and the protection of ecosystems.
   • Provide the necessary resources and training to the workers, promote the awareness and responsibility of the workers regarding the environmental risks derived from the activity, and take all the necessary measures to prevent or minimize the effect of environmental risks.
   • Involve the Management, managers and workers in respecting the environment, and in the application and active participation of the requirements established in this Integrated Management Policy.
   • Develop, apply and maintain an environmental management model based on the requirements of the ISO 14001 standard that, among other aspects, is aimed at continuous improvement.
3. Commitments related to the management of health and safety at work
   • Comply with and enforce and, when possible, exceed the requirements of current occupational health and safety legislation and regulations.
   • Provide the necessary resources and training to workers, promote awareness and responsibility of workers regarding occupational risks, and take all necessary measures to prevent accidents and occupational diseases, eliminating risks.
   • Work with our suppliers to improve their products and adapt them to the provisions of this Integrated Management Policy, in particular with regard to the health and safety of workers.
   • Apply to the workers of the subcontractors who work in the SECIS work centers the same safety and risk prevention measures that apply to the workers themselves.
   • Implement procedures for action and investigation of incidents and accidents that have consequences on the safety and health of workers, with special attention in the cases of particularly sensitive people, and those related to the road safety of workers when traveling within the working day.
   • Involve the Management, managers and workers in the respect, application and active participation of the requirements established in this Integrated Management Policy, in particular with regard to the health and safety of workers.
   • Communicate this Integrated Management Policy to all interested parties using the usual communication tools in the company, ensure that it is understood by all workers, review it whenever necessary to adapt it to the regulatory framework and the purpose and objectives of the organization.
   • Develop, apply and maintain an occupational health and safety management model based on the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard that, among other aspects, is oriented towards continuous improvement.
4. Other commitments
   • Periodically review the Integrated Management System to ensure its convenience, adequacy and continuous efficiency.
   • Evaluate the opportunities for improvement of the management system and processes.
   • Submit the Integrated Management System to verification by an independent expert of its compliance with the reference standards.
